You can return or exchange one or more items within 20 days of the delivery date.
*** Orders placed and delivered between November 2nd and December 19th can be returned until January 9th. Orders delivered after December 19th follow the regular return policy of 20 days.

2. Make sure the merchandize is in original condition, tags and packaging included; or else we won’t be able to accept your return or issue a refund.
3. Due to merchandizing restrictions, all return must be shipped from same country where they were purchased from.
4. Once your package reaches the ware house, please allow 3- 7 working days for your item to be processed.
5. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, your package would be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you would receive an e-mail confirmation.
6. Items such as (specify) cannot be returned
Credit Card: Our bank would reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation E-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the credit card issuer.
All conditions apply to exchanges as well.
If you wish to change the size and/or the color of the item you purchased, you can do so within 20days with no additional cost except shipping, fill out the return form, select “exchange” and choose replacement size/color from those available. We would then hold the item for you, as soon as we receive your return, we would ship the item to the address of the initial order.
You would receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when the package has been dispatched. You can only exchange the size/color of an item once but you can always return by following the instructions in the return policy.
